Return and Refund Policy

At Ehiltek Shop, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, clean, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and proof of purchase.

Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address by email.

Please do not send products back before receiving return approval and instructions from our support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label depending on the return reason and location.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@ehiltekshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and work with you to make it right.

Fitment Issues

Many of our products are vehicle-specific. Before placing an order, customers are responsible for checking the vehicle make, model, year, and product compatibility.

If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, please contact us before ordering.

If we shipped the wrong item or there is an error in the product listing, we will help resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

- Used or installed products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products modified after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Gift cards, if applicable

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
